Rex Rammell Will Announce His Plans To Run For Idaho’s Governor
May 12, 2009
On May 13, 2009 in the Caldwell Public Library at 7:00 p.m., Dr. Rex Rammell will announce his intentions to run for the Governor of the state of Idaho. He had earlier announced he intended to run for the U.S. Congressional seat but his heart now tells him differently.
Rammell says the conditions are right for his run. He believes he can beat any challengers.
I believe Otter will retire. I believe Little will get the push from the powers that be. I know Little well. He has consistently voted against most every thing I believe in. His greatest mistake in my opinion is the five times he voted against the Marriage Amendment act to make marriage only between a man and a woman. In Idaho that should be a death sentence to any chance of him becoming governor.
If Otter does not retire, I think he can be beaten. His latest antics over the gas tax should be his undoing.
Risch could return. If so, I will take Risch out with my elk lawsuit March 2010. I see no other formidable challengers at this time.
Rammell also thinks he can gain the widespread support of many groups who he says want Idaho to regain its sovereignty and get out from under the oppression of the Federal Government.
Believe or not, I think I can get the public school vote. I have a good friend on my committee who is a superintendent and my wife is a school teacher. He knows I believe in school choice, but I told him I will not push it as an agenda, but would sign it if passed by the legislature. He was fine with that. I told him we will eliminate “No Child Left Behind”, clean the state of illegal aliens, and with his ideas and others will improve education throughout Idaho. He is anxious to help.
The farmers and ranchers will support me; they are my base. The Farm Bureau will support me. The sportsman who want the wolves removed will support me. The loggers, the miners, and all the multiple use groups will support me. And last but not least, the true conservatives will support me and many of them are Republicans.
Rammell has been invited to speak in August at the Freedom 21 Conference being held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

After a little internet searching, reading, and checking up on this stuff I found it’s a pretty well established product in Canada and hails from Quebec where they have this funny habit of speaking a lot of French. Thus the name, Jig-A-Loo, and the company’s claim it derives from a saying they have up north, “I’ve got it!”
