Myron - One of the biggest obstacles I deal with in people and in particular hunters and fisherman, is the attitude that nothing they say and do will do any good. This of course pertaining to trying to convince a politician to do what the people want and not what gets them elected the next go round.

This seems an insurmountable task to bring people to Washington that understand and actually go to represent their own people but we have to have faith and we have to put government back in the hands of the people somehow.

I have been working with some in Congress, particularly the House Energy and Natural Resources Committee, the USFWS and DOI. The biggest problem I see? Nobody knows what's going on. I have also come to realize that Ed Bangs and his wolf gang seem to be working independently of those he works for and in particular the DOI.

I think this is all a result of and a classic example of a government and its agencies just TOO big.

I had hoped maybe Kempthorne might help us, but all those agencies are so packed with bureaucrats, it would require more than just wanting to on his part. The wolves were foisted upon us without any say on our part. It will take a very concerted effort on the part of our legislators both state and federal. We need to make sure where those that are asking for out votes stand on this and all issues pertaining to growing these agencies. One thing for sure is Obama will not help us in any way. I think Sarah Palin might.

As president of the Southeastern Idaho Rod and Gun Club back when the wolf lovers wanted the CANADIAN WOLF brought in, I was bitterly apposed and voiced my opinion to no avail. We were sold out by our state politicians and our state Fish and Game Departments. It is past due for Idaho and Montana sportmen to insist that our states join Wyoming to file suit for states rights to have all CANADIAN WOLVES removed from the states.
Thank You
